Search for a power track brand and you'll usually find a founding date, an early patent, and a story about being "the original." That history is real and worth knowing — but a founding year tells you where a category started, not who's leading it today. This guide is about how to tell the two apart, using questions any buyer or specifier can actually check.
What a Power Track System Actually Is
A power track system is a modular, reconfigurable rail-based power distribution system: sockets, chargers and other adaptors can be added, removed, or repositioned along a track, on demand, without rewiring. Not Every "New" Power Product Is a Track Innovation
