Self collected the line8 track and Phoebe and her colleague are helpful. They put it in carton box upon knowing I took public transport to prevent any knocking/damaging to the tracks while travelling. Phoebe also shared the installation video and the link to register the warranty. Have yet to install but looking forward to using it when it is install later this week.

Hi All, I am writing this review after installing Line8 power tracks and using them daily for 3 weeks. To begin, I wanted to replace the power tracks which I got from taobao 3yrs ago. The middle section rubber was folding outwards. Besides looking unsightly, I was also concerned after reading several news reports of homes with fire breaking out... I found Line8 after browsing and reading reviews on the internet. I visited their showroom to see their products and was satisfied that their power tracks do not use rubber lining where the adaptors are inserted. It met all safety requirements and was easy to clean. Tina who serviced me was very professional and patient explaining their product features. So I placed my order. Installation was very prompt and the technical team who came were very professional and efficient. I was glad I replaced my old power tracks because upon removing them, the technical person indicated to me existing wirings at 2 locations that could be a concern and helped me to fix it. I was grateful. My existing taobao tracks were setup only in the kitchen area. However, when the Line8 tracks were installed, it looked so smart and sleek. I promptly placed new orders for other areas of my home - Living room corridor, TV area and 2 bedrooms. The Line8 tracks made my home look so much more streamlined and stylish. I like it. After using their tracks/adaptors for 3 weeks, comparing with my previous experience of the old tracks. Line8 Adaptors are very sturdy. My family also commented on the adaptors' practical and simple on/off feature. It is obvious that much thought have been put into the design and technical plus safety aspects in developing the products. Good experience with Line 8. I initially bought the wrong model for the power track as I bought the recessed instead of the surface type. Installer called me on the day of installation informing me about it and line 8 arranged for a change in model very quickly thereafter. Subsequently installation was smooth. Looks sleek and easy and safe to use.

We have purchased the powertrack during the fair in July however after the installation we realized we have bought the wrong terminal. Hence, we have the initial thought to purchase a new powertrack with left terminal. Wallace was very patient, he called & explained to us what could be done. Had some not so pleasant experience with them previously during comex but removing it due to the excellent service recovery and after sales service. Bought their 1200mm package at comex and got them to install. Some minor hiccups occurred during installation when the earth wire touched the live wire accidentally which caused the power to trip but the installers were experienced and professional and managed to resolve the issue. A few days after installation as I was trying out the track in more detail when I realised one of the track was abit not smooth when turning the socket. Checked with the sales stuff and technician was arranged to come and take a look and reinstall almost immediately. They arrived within an hour of me contacting them and managed to rectify the issue. Turns out the owner came down and did the rectification. Very impressed that the owner is so hands on. Appreciate the prompt response and awesome service recovery. Would definitely recommend line8 from now on despite the initial problems. They definitely are sincere in resolving any issues.

I would like to Thank Kenneth and his staff who came to my place after I highlighted an issue that I was facing. I got my line8 tracks long time ago in 2018. Couple months ago I started to realize some issues with it, contacted Kenneth, He as very professional enquired on some background history when I purchase and installed etc etc and listened to what issues I was having. He realized that the internal mechanics was an older design and they have developed better technology since. He came to my place immediately the next day morning with a colleague to swap all the internals of all my Line8 tracks. I'm very impressed with the response time and knowledge he impart as they replaced everything. Installed my 1st power track system 1 year again. A year later, today, installed another 5 power tracks (upgrade from normal 13A plug). Before installation, I have queries. Joan did a great job she was very patience, supportive and responsive on my queries. Today installation went smoothly and all power track really.. give me the "power". Works well. The order process executive (Alex) is very understanding and meticulous. Alex messaged my mum to confirm on the length, colour and delivery address before he processed it. Though we had last minute changes to the type of the power track, Alex was able to act fast and checked with the factory. Luckily we were able to make the last minute changes. Really appreciate his prompt action. The manufacturing process was quick and it was delivered less than 5 working days. Alex again followed up on our confirmation for delivery address before he arranged for it, and we really appreciate him going the extra mile for us. Please give him a good performance review, he is a staff you should retain for being customer oriented and value adding to your comapny. I have yet to open my parcel as my house is still under reno. I will do a update review with photos once it is installed by my contractor.

Had some issues with the track as my electrician fixed it incorrectly. Wanted to say the after-sales service is superb. Had a great experience from start to end. Celeste from sales was very accomodative and flexible when we had to change installation dates a few times, due to our contractor’s unfinished works. She even gave a range of installation dates, to try and fit innour schedule. The installers were also open to our suggestions for placement of the power tracks, following what we have envisioned. This is the kind of service given to my client for the installation of the line8 track from the team. Existing double socket face plate was removed and the track is mounted over it.
